Group Adult Tours

Groups of twelve or more people can enjoy a special group visit program at a discounted price. This in-depth experience begins with a live arms and armor presentation given by an Education Interpreter that includes fascinating information about the founding of the Museum, the evolution of arms and armor, and the different types of armor. Then, enjoy a guided tour of the Higgins galleries, including the magnificent gothic-style Great Hall. In the galleries, you’ll see authentic suits of armor, weapons, and other artifacts that make up one of the world’s most significant collections of arms and armor. Following the tour, your group will have free time to further explore the Museum and visit the Museum Store.

Museum Group Reservation Policies:

• Groups with a minimum of 12 people are $7 per person if arranged in advance. Full price admission applies to walk-in groups. This price includes Museum admission and Tuesday - Friday also includes the auditorium presentation and guided tour.
• Group tour hours are Tuesday - Friday from 10 am to 2 pm. The group rate can be arranged on Saturdays and Sundays but no private presentations can be arranged on these days.
• Reservations must be made at least two-weeks in advance and a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• The Museum is fully ADA accessible.
• Audio Tours are available for groups of 40 or fewer who are not receiving the guided tour. The current tour is deisnged for ages 12 and up. Audio Tours are available on a first come, first served basis. Regular rates apply.
• Benefits of membership, including discounts and free admission, do not apply to group tours or programs. Complimentary Passes also do not apply to groups.
• Children age 5 and under are not admitted free with a group.
• During the week, if your group is 15 minutes later or more, you may be required to forfeit your auditorium show in courtesy to our next arriving group.
