
People wanting to register for individual lessons in historic combat at the Higgins Armory with Ken Mondschein can do so through the museum. The scheduling of the lessons is up to the instructor and student by mutual agreement. Sessions can normally only be scheduled during museum opening hours (Tu-Sa 10-4, Su 12-4), or at other times when there are museum staff available to facilitate.
Weapon forms available: Rapier, Italian longsword, 19th-century dueling sabre, classical foil (French or Italian), dueling sword (épée de combat).
Instruction fees: The base price is $80 for a total of 2 hours instruction, normally divided into 30- to 60-minute sessions, as agreed upon beforehand by the student and instructor.

For all classes, the Museum provides the necessary training and safety equipment (unless otherwise noted). After you have signed up for a class, please bring the Class Waiver Form with you to your first session.
