

Choosing Higgins for a special event shows that you care about providing a great experience for your guests. It also shows your support for a beloved Worcester cultural institution that happens to be one of the most respected museums in the world.
Your museum rental includes museum setup, cleanup, and three event staff on-site throughout your event. Additional staff may be necessary depending upon details of your event. Tables and chairs are available for a small rental fee.
Pricing for museum rentals is $550 per hour on weekend evenings with a minimum of four hours, and $450 per hour on weekday evenings with a minimum of three hours.
Our spaces are available on Mondays for all-day conferences and corporate meetings. Ask us about pricing for individual meeting rooms, and about special non-profit pricing for qualified institutions. Prices subject to change without notice.

Exclusive bar service
Our exclusive bar service can handle all your beverage needs including staffing, liability insurance, and necessary liquor permits.
Museum programs
Make your event extra-special by customizing it with a live knight, guided tour, hands-on demonstration, or unique gift from our Museum Store.
Hours
Museum closes to the public at 4:00 pm with most evening rentals beginning at 6:00 pm. Contact us directly to discuss hours for your daytime event.
Parking
Ample free parking is available in our lot across the street from the museum.
